Eligibility

- Applicants must be citizens of Kazakhstan, living in Kazakhstan at the time of application or permanent residents holding a valid passport issued by Kazakhstan.
- Applicants must have a master's degree before August 1, 2011.
- Candidates should have good results TOEFL - 580 and above. ..
